Full Description

Our cruise departs from Skala, Kefalonia at 09:00.

*If you are staying in Argostoli, Lassi or elsewhere, send us an e-mail to arrange your transfer.

After approximately 40 minutes, we reach Cape Skinari, home to the historic lighthouse visible from Kefalonia at night. From Cape Skinari to the world-famous Shipwreck Beach, the coastline is dramatic, rocky, and breathtaking.

Shipwreck Beach (Important information, please read)

The Shipwreck Beach is one of the most iconic spots in Zakynthos, known worldwide for its abandoned smuggling ship washed ashore in 1983. The crystal-clear waters and dramatic cliffs create a truly magical scene. For safety reasons, swimming and landing on the beach are no longer allowed, but our boat will stop 40–50 meters away for the perfect photo opportunity.

The Ruins of St Andreas Monastery
About half way there you can see a castled wall. About 1100 years ago St. Andrews monastery was built there and the only thing remaining is this castled wall that protected it from the pirates. Just down the way, a strange cave with stalactites. The depth is about 70m. Large waves, especially during winter occur in this area and very often we can see seals and sea-lions and also near the light house.

Blue Caves

Carved by centuries of wild waves, the Blue Caves showcase stunning blue waters that reflect the underwater seabed. The largest cave stretches 35 meters long, attracting thousands of visitors daily. This stop is perfect for sightseeing and photography.

Alykes

Our next stop is Alykes. A small picturesque village with a sandy beach, water sports and restaurants for whoever wants to eat. We will stay here for about 2 hours.
Please be on time on the boat for the departure.

Swimming Stops

  • Platys Gialos Bay: 30-minute swimming stop with crystal-clear waters

  • Alykes Beach: 2-hour stop to relax, swim, and enjoy local restaurants and water sports.

  • The west coast of Zante is facing   the open Mediterranean sea.

Due to  this  sometimes we have   unexpected swell and rough sea.

The cruise to Zante is an exciting one, but we advise  for people sensitive to seasickness,

for children, old or disabled persons and pregnants it is better to choose another cruise.
